  • Demonstrated expertise in both production and post-production workflows and processes, taking ownership of all creative content productions across various brands within Hollis Co. from the initial ideation phase to final publication.

  • Played a key role in establishing the foundation for 3% Chance Studios, the production company affiliated with The Hollis Co., with involvement in strategic planning and operational setup.

  • Exhibited a talent for creating and developing compelling content, with a focus on incubating intellectual property (IP) for the purpose of pitching and producing larger features or series for linear and streaming networks.

  • Collaborate closely with the Content Producer to incorporate production logistics into the schedule, ensuring a seamless workflow and successful execution of the workshop.

  • Serve as the key point person for all information and communication on the day of production, maintaining a balance between crew well-being and capturing the necessary content.

  • Operate and manage a range of 1 to 5 cameras during live productions, ensuring smooth and precise camera movements, framing, and capturing of key moments.

  • Maintain a high level of technical proficiency in operating camera equipment, including setting up shots, adjusting camera settings, and monitoring image quality.

  • Collaborate closely with the production team to understand the specific requirements and objectives of each production, delivering exceptional footage that aligns with the desired vision and storytelling.
