  • Demonstrated expertise in both production and post-production workflows and processes, taking ownership of all creative content productions across various brands within Hollis Co. from the initial ideation phase to final publication.

  • Played a key role in establishing the foundation for 3% Chance Studios, the production company affiliated with The Hollis Co., with involvement in strategic planning and operational setup.

  • Exhibited a talent for creating and developing compelling content, with a focus on incubating intellectual property (IP) for the purpose of pitching and producing larger features or series for linear and streaming networks.

  • Produced and developed content specifically for The Rachel Hollis Show, which achieved significant success as the second most popular lifestyle show streaming on Quibi.

  • Act as the Stage Manager/1st AD during live shoot days, running the set and overseeing the execution of the production plan, while maintaining constant communication with the Content Producer and Technical Team.

  • Operate and manage a range of 1 to 5 cameras during live productions, ensuring smooth and precise camera movements, framing, and capturing of key moments.

  • Maintain a high level of technical proficiency in operating camera equipment, including setting up shots, adjusting camera settings, and monitoring image quality.

  • Collaborate closely with the production team to understand the specific requirements and objectives of each production, delivering exceptional footage that aligns with the desired vision and storytelling.

  • Adapt quickly to changing situations and live event dynamics, effectively anticipating and capturing important shots while maintaining a keen eye for detail and maintaining the overall visual consistency of the production.
